Employees introduce themselves

I have been working at the apf for almost six years now and was previously responsible for complainants in rail transport at the conciliation body at Schienen-Control . I enjoy working at the apf, as we are presented with many different topics and often complex issues, which can also be very challenging. The nice thing about it is that I can help travelers solve their problems - and all of this according to the motto "simple and service-oriented". I think it's very good that apf's online complaints form makes the process so simple, and that it also enables us to help a large number of passengers to get their rights.

To balance out my job, I like to do sport regularly. As well as working out at the gym, I also enjoy running and playing volleyball. I also enjoy watching movies and series in my free time. One of my favorite films for anyone interested in science fiction is "Minority Report" with Tom Cruise.
