I have already submitted a complaint directly with the railway company/transport association and didn't receive an answer for four weeks or received an unsatisfying answer.

Which documents are required for the arbitration request

In order to process your request, apf requires at least the following documents depending on the case (copies/scans/photos are sufficient):

  • Ticket, reservation, discount card
    (Single ticket, Klimaticket, OeBB Vorteilscard, seat reservation, booking confirmation, etc.)
  • Complete correspondence with the company
    (Acknowledgement of receipt, e-mail, letter, etc.)
  • Invoices and proof of payment
    (Receipt, hotel/taxi invoice, etc.)
  • Penalty, reminder, debt collection letter
    (Penalty notice/fare surcharge, reminder letter, collection letter, bank/credit card statement, other confirmations, etc.)

Please have the above documents ready.
