Sample letters flight

If your flight was delayed by more than three hours, canceled, denied boarding or downgraded, you may be entitled to compensation or reimbursement.

The sample letters were created on the basis of the EU Passenger Rights Regulation (Regulation (EC) 261/2004) and the Montreal Convention and inform the company of applicable claims.

If you send your request by post, apf recommends sending the item by "registered mail". This way, it can be proven afterwards that the item was actually delivered.
