Which documents are required for the arbitration request

In order to process your request, apf requires at least the following documents depending on the case (copies/scans/photos are sufficient):

  • Ticket, reservation, discount card
    (Single ticket, group ticket, booking confirmation, etc.)
  • Complete correspondence with the company
    (Acknowledgement of receipt, e-mail, letter, etc.)
  • Invoices and proof of payment
    (Receipt, hotel/taxi invoice, meals, etc.)

Please have the above documents ready.

Is your matter pending before a court or another arbitration/enforcement body or has it been conclusively dealt with?*

Documents that cannot be uploaded can also be submitted separately by e-mail after the arbitration request has been sent.
