How to reach our team

Before the apf can take action, passengers must try to reach an agreement with the company concerned.

If there is no agreement or no final response from the company within one month of the complaint being submitted, those affected can submit an arbitration request to the apf.

apf provides advice by telephone on passenger rights and the arbitration procedure.
However, arbitration request must always be submitted in writing.
