How to reach our team

Before the apf can take action, passengers must try to reach an agreement with the company concerned.

If no agreement or final response from the company is received within one month of filing the complaint, those affected can submit an arbitration request the apf.

The apf provides telephone advice regarding passenger rights and the arbitration process.
However, an arbitration request always be submitted in writing.
