NIKI files for insolvency

As you will have gathered from the media coverage, the airline NIKI has filed for insolvency. The company's flight operations were discontinued on 14.12.2017. This means that no more flights were operated under the IATA code HG from this date. Due to the insolvency application, it is currently not possible for the apf to open new arbitration procedure against NIKI.
