Support at the airport

If travelers need assistance at the airport due to disability or reduced mobility, this must be provided free of charge in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2006. To ensure that such assistance can be planned and organized in the best possible way, the regulation stipulates that the need for assistance should be notified at least 48 hours before the planned departure.
